Offering a seven-day a week food service, chef duties are headed by James Hollamby (an honours graduate of Braintree College) and Harrison Bartlett. Along with their three assistants, they brings a passion for traditional cuisine using the very best of local produce, including our burgers from the local ‘Wild and Rooted’ company, winners of a Gold Star in the 2023 ‘Great Taste’ awards from the Guild of Fine Food. The result of this wealth of experience and knowledge is seen in the range of innovative and exciting dishes which make up the menu at the Rose and Crown.
