Pino of the Hotel Lago Paolo, Italy, brings Mediterranean passion and flair. James, an honours graduate of Braintree College, brings a passion for traditional cuisine using the very best of local produce. Our team has now been joined by our newest chef, Pino's son, Riio. The result of this wealth of experience and knowledge is seen in the range of innovative and exciting dishes which make up the menu at the Rose and Crown.
